Chase did the job for me. He listed my home the exact day I? requested, took great pictures, marketed my home in the greatest way to produce the best success for a quick sale. Three days later, we were under contract with a fantastic offer. Closed five days early. Can not get any better than this. He made this process painless and profitable. I’ll use him again

Mr. Sager not only listened to what I said I wanted in a house, but also noted my response to the houses he showed me. He found me a house that was better than the house I initially thought I would want. I knew if I called him he would respond quickly to my call. I do not know how many other people he was representing at the same time but I felt like I was his only client. This is my first home and he made the process as stress free as possible.

Chase help me find another rental home. He negotiated to get me a great deal on price plus extra money for closing cost . Chase understands the constructions of homes something you don't get from other realtors. He was always there for me with polite and prompt service. I wouldn't use any other realtor.
